We are looking for someone who is keen to pick up some casual mahi, as and when required, to provide cover for either of our amazing receptionists when they are on leave.

Based in Kopeopeo, you would sit at the front desk, meeting and greeting manuhiri into Rehua Medical Centre and Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua Ora, and generally assisting whānau both over the phone and in person.

So you can hit the ground running, we are looking for a few key skills:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Advanced administration skills
  • Complete confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Experience in a clinical setting, and even better – experience with MedTech, would be a big bonus!
  • Having values that align to our kaupapa and an understanding of the principles of Te Ao Māori are really important to us, and as this is a front-facing role, a good command of Te Reo Māori is especially desirable.
